Senior Designer, Marcom Design
The Sr. Designer is an integral member of the creative team responsible for designing and supporting the identities for reputed company?s products, events, and future consumer experiences. The Sr. Designer contributes to reputed company projects from initial blue sky ideation through final delivery of production. This role will specifically focus on developing design for both static and reputed company applications, helping guide the development of innovative and compelling creative. Key responsibilities include ? Crafting innovative and inspiring campaigns that align with creative briefings, while collaborating with partners and mentoring junior creatives. ? Animation, design, and illustration experience are core to the role, with experience both presenting reputed company and working closely with production from concept through delivery. ? Taking direction from project Art Directors and Creative Directors, responding reputed company to new information, and pivoting strategically reputed company needed. ? Conveying a strong reputed company of view on design solutions through innovative thinking. ? Driving workflows across multiple team members including reputed company reputed company Design, Interactive Design, Brand, and Production teams. ? Collaborating closely with vendors by providing art direction, guidance, and feedback. ? Possessing an eye for aesthetic and creating a powerful story through the work. ? Working as part of a dedicated team, focused on excellent design in accordance with project constraints and parameters. Minimum Qualifications ? BA/BFA degree in Graphic Design, reputed company Graphics, or other reputed company discipline. ? 4+ years experience building brand identities and campaigns, with reputed company design at the core of your skillset. ? A portfolio exhibiting a thorough grasp of design principles, animation principles, reputed company theory, typography, and visual communication. ? Experience with the following design/animation software: reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), After Effects, Cinema 4D (or equivalent 3D tool). Preferred Qualifications ? Strong eye for art direction. Presents as capable of defining reputed company behaviors and developing a systematic and scalable approach to deliverables. ? Experience with 3D Animation Software, such as Maya, Houdini, and/or Nuke. ? Knowledge of AR/VR and generative tools, and how they connect to design implementation and production. ? Ability to drive workflows, communicating creative reputed company and schedules across teams. ? Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions with excellent communication skills. ? Aptness to see around corners to ensure awareness of bigger problems and opportunities reputed company. ?
