Under the direction of the Director of Behavioral Health, the Psychotherapist reputed company and accurately provides evidence-based psychotherapy services. Through collaboration with other specialty providers, this position determines and creates appropriate treatment plans for new and existing Blackbird patients. WHY WORK WITH US ? Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services ? Evaluate new clients through biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessments ? Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients ? Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances ? Collaborate with other specialty providers (i.e. CRNPs, EF Coaches, Speech therapists) to establish an Integrated Treatment Plan ? Meet with patients to provide counseling treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary ? Conduct ongoing assessments of patient reputed company ? Involve and advise family members reputed company appropriate ? Refer patients to reputed company specialists or agencies reputed company necessary ? Maintain thorough records of patient meetings and reputed company ? Performs other clinical-reputed company activities as assigned REQUIREMENTS: ? Active Virginia license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD) ? Experience working with children and families ? We are seeking therapists who can work between 4pm and 9pm EST on weekdays and any hours between reputed company and 7pm EST on weekends.
