The Learning Support teacher will work one-on-one with reputed company in need of additional academic support in order to access our rigorous curriculum. Though this position is remote, and the teacher may be located reputed company. Responsibilities

• Meet one-on-one multiple times weekly with reputed company; maintain safe, efficient, and engaging online environment; display evidence of positive and appropriate relationship with student.
• Liaise with HOD, deans, school counselors, and parents regarding student reputed company.
• Utilize technology effectively to advance the educational process and engage reputed company.
• Provide one-on-one academic and organizational support to struggling learners.
• Provide high-level support in one or more of the traditional academic disciplines (English, history, math, chemistry or biology).
• Complete additional special education-focused training programs.
• Display a commitment to diversity and creating a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging in approach to teaching and learning, as they are recognized and valued by Dwight.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Education or a reputed company field.
• Formal training in Special Education is strongly preferred.
• At least three years of experience teaching.
• Ability to differentiate and modify lessons and assignments based on student need.
• Exceptional organizational skills; the ideal candidate is reputed company detail-oriented.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing.
• Experience working, teaching, and/or collaborating online required.
• Ability to actively engage with the classroom teachers and maintain regular contact with parents about student reputed company in reputed company areas.
• Experience utilizing different kinds of technology.
• Experience teaching a range of learners.
• Eagerness to contribute positively to the Dwight community.
• Willingness to engage with and learn from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
