Deliver, request, and accept constructive feedback. ? Manage artists career growth, providing performance feedback and reviews, conducting regular 1:1s, coaching, and mentoring. ? Actively support recruitment and team development efforts, participating in interviews, hiring, and reputed company artists. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: ? 5+ years of industry experience managing a team of concept artists working on a game project. ?
