Intern, Operational Excellence - Summer 2025

This is a full-time internship position for our Summer rotation, from June 2, 2025 through August 22, 2025 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. WHAT AWAITS YOU ? Support the analysis, coordination and implementation of cross-functional and time-critical activities that will drive sales and improve the quality of the BMW business ? Support the creative development and implementation of monthly analysis for the regional field team as well as executive stakeholders WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING. ? Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master?s degree program at an accredited college or university ? Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major) ? Have completed at least 60 college credits or be at least a rising Junior ? Field of study: Economics, Business, or other reputed company field ? Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript ? Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week) ? Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 reputed company only) ? Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously ? Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information ? Excellent organizational and planning skills ? Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment ? Conscientious, responsible, flexible, motivated, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong communication skills ? Working knowledge of reputed company and PowerPoint Preferences: ?
