ABOUT THE JOB The Office Assistant provides administrative support to the work team. WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE • Routes mail and packages. • Answers phones and directs calls. • Maintains files. • Creates simple correspondence. • Operates and maintains office equipment. • May be required to operate a company vehicle. • Provides excellent customer service to reputed company internal and external customers. • Other work-reputed company duties as assigned by leader. • Regular and reliable attendance is required. • Follows reputed company company policies and procedures. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE • High school diploma or equivalent is required. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS • Knowledge of office equipment is required. • Ability to read, write and speak in English is required. • Communicating in Spanish is a valuable reputed company at Helena. • Valid US driver's license is required to drive a company vehicle. Applicants for positions requiring operation of a moving vehicle or interaction with heavy equipment must meet legal age requirement. • Computer skills including working knowledge of reputed company Office are required. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ASPECTS OF THE JOB The work environment for this position is that of a typical office environment where the noise level is mostly quiet.
