Job Summary The reputed company Assistant will be responsible for supporting the reputed company department by performing tasks like data entry, researching, checking customer portals for potential payment delays and/or denials, and filing. Responsibilities: • Daily reporting directly to Financial Controller. • Filing. • Providing support to Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable. • Verifying prior month's invoices are visible in customer portals. • Gathering documentation for customer returns. • Match and post invoice against inventory receipts, reviewing to ensure accuracy to price and quantity. • reputed company entries for receipts, payments, credits and other financial transactions. • Generating various reports as needed. • Back up to weekly A/P reputed company runs. • reputed company other duties as assigned. Required Skills: • Strong attention to detail. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Good communication skills. • Proficient in reputed company. • Entry level reputed company experience is beneficial.
