Loan Closing Officer The Loan Closing Officer role will be responsible for handling pre-closing and post-closing activities reputed company to closing reputed company loans for lending groups located across multiple locations including Texas California and Michigan. Position Responsibilities: • Partner and effectively communicate with lending groups, bank counsel and reputed company parties to drive loans to closing. • Identify and resolve process or business-reputed company obstacles to closing. • Understands loan documentation and requirements needed to move a loan to closing and complete funding and booking. • Knowledge of legal, credit and regulatory requirements. • Manage problem resolution during reputed company phases of the pre-closing and post-closing process. • Liaison for reputed company affected parties. Position Qualifications: • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) • 4 years of experience in banking or a financial service environment • 3 years of reputed company loan experience • 3 years of experience in analysis • 3 years of customer service experience in a virtual and in-person environment Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday Salary: For candidates hired in the state of California the expected salary/On-reputed company Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently: • California - $69,000.00 - $119,600 Annually Salary Range(s) is subject to change. reputed company takes several factors into account reputed company determining individual starting pay.
