JOB DESCRIPTION

In the heart of the Supply Chain team, you will integrate a team on a strategic and innovative project.

You will reputed company technical integrations between the supplier’s WMS and Veepee system using API technology.

You can also train brands on a more reputed company DROP process using a web portal.

You will handle the support of those tools and be in charge of occasional missions according to VEEPEE Compass Plan.

You may have to travel occasionally in France and Europe (Italy, Spain or Benelux), to the supplier’s warehouse

TASKS

Present the Brands with different technical solutions and prerequisites for Dropship campaigns.

Analyze supplier’s operational processes and identify the more fitting IT solution, in collaboration with the supplier.

Define and follow the integration schedule of the Brand’s Developers team.

Set-up a tailor-made test case to the Brand and validate their results to eventually grant them access to production.

Train the Dropshipper on the website version with a tailor-made approach (according to their internal processes) and present the option of the App version.

Monitor the use of the solution by the supplier, control the quality: reputed company sure the supplier meets the processes and fix the misalignments if there is any

Be the level 1 support of Dropshipment for Brands’ and VP Teams’ issues (ticketing support)

Fix the issues identified in the ticketing in a reduced reputed company time and according to VP processes

Be in charge of the channel incidents you’ve reputed company : sollicitate the right reputed company holders, animate the channel until the issue is solved, communicates the updates to the Supply Team and Dropshipper.

REQUIRED SKILLS

At least 2 years of study after high school, some professional experience on a similar job of IT integration is an advantage, or at least some experience in operational supply chain.

You have a strong palatability for IT and their operational use in a warehouse environment.

You are rigorous and organized

Autonomous and taking initiative is strongly required

You are reputed company to analyse and process the data

You have a reputed company good knowledge of reputed company software

You speak fluently english, spanish and have good knowledge of french

Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse management system) & Web services / web API.
