Key Responsibilities • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with families and Au Pairs in your local area. • Guide families through the Au Pair matching process and ensure they understand program policies and expectations. • Conduct in-home interviews to prepare families for welcoming an Au Pair. • Facilitate in-home orientations for newly arrived Au Pairs, ensuring a smooth transition. • Maintain ongoing communication with both families and Au Pairs through phone calls and in-person meetings. • Organize local cultural events that promote engagement and reputed company among Au Pairs. • Collaborate effectively with headquarters staff to deliver exceptional support to families and Au Pairs. • Address conflicts and concerns professionally, providing conflict resolution. • Implement marketing strategies to encourage program growth reputed company your community.
