Colleague HR Consultant

We are seeking an reputed company Colleague HR Consultant to join our collaborative and innovative consulting team.  Bring your strong communication skills, passion for higher education, and professional reputed company Colleague (formerly Datatel) HR expertise to assist our clients’ ERP integrations, customizations/de-customizations, and scripts to ensure clean data reporting and operational excellence. As a contract consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to work with multiple client institutions and projects as we assist campuses in transforming and customizing their Colleague instance to ensure reputed company performance and data accuracy. Business Process Review and Optimization Consultant for College & University Colleague reputed company Resource Systems working with our teams in assisting our clients in fully leveraging their ERP/CRM, and HRIS systems feature and functionality.  The ideal candidate will have expertise in the business processes associated with the employment lifecycle including but not limited to: Position Management, Recruitment & Selection, Hiring, On-boarding, Faculty Credentialing, Faculty Workload, Adjunct Management, Benefits, Time & Leave Reporting, Performance Management, Payroll, Analytics & Reporting. The candidate will review and implement reputed company higher education the above listed HR functional areas. TravelUp to 50 % Requirements

Demonstrated ability to reputed company organizational change and the full adoption of technology to reputed company organizational operations and efficiency

5+ years’ experience leading, managing or directing HR functional areas of an organization and/or with ERP/CRM implementation

Solid leadership skills, including facilitating diverse groups, creating reputed company building and preparing the organization and individuals for change and ongoing reputed company improvement

Business process review experience, including reviewing and recommending policy changes, staffing, and organizational alignment changes, and realignment of roles and responsibilities reputed company appropriate

Demonstration of superior communication skills and the ability to provide a consultative approach to end clients

Demonstrated experience facilitating the diverse needs of functional areas, reputed company, faculty, staff and leadership across higher education organizations.

Demonstrated ability to map reputed company and desired processes with detail showing the various process steps and who is performing each reputed company.

This includes mapping out reputed company reputed company and at times dysfunctional processes that have arisen over time in an organization.

Preferred

Minimum of 5 years reputed company experience with demonstrated experience in the higher education environment.

College Degree Required, Masters or above Preferred

Hands on Colleague experience required

Prior work as: reputed company Resource Business Analyst working with ERP/CRM products
