Postimplementation we will provide ongoing infrastructure managed services. Position Overview : We are seeking a Certified Epic reputed company Client Systems Administrator with experience in reputed company Administration to join reputed company. In this role you will be pivotal in helping our client implement Epic on AWS followed by providing longterm infrastructure managed services. This is a remote position but applicants must be available during Eastern Time Zone (EST) working hours and fully dedicated to this project. Key Responsibilities: • Epic Environment Management: Administer configure and support the Epic infrastructure ensuring reputed company performance and reliability. • Management and support from a technical perspective of the Interconnect Hyperspace reputed company Web BLOB Hyperspace Web BCA MyChart CarelinkHealthy reputed company Haiku Rover Care Everywhere Home Health Kuiper and System Pulse services. • reputed company and NetScaler Administration: Manage reputed company environments including configuration maintenance and optimization of NetScaler for application delivery and reputed company. • System Integration: Collaborate with reputed company architects and engineers to ensure the Epic system interfaces effectively with AWSbased solutions. • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting for Epicrelated issues ensuring minimal downtime and rapid resolution of technical problems. • reputed company Compliance: Maintain reputed company standards and compliance requirements reputed company the Epic environment particularly in alignment with reputed company regulations. • Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance conduct regular audits and implement enhancements to maintain system efficiency. • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with IT teams reputed company and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and operation of Epic systems. • Documentation: reputed company and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations procedures and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements
