Sales Support Specialist (Affirmity) US, Remote

We are seeking a talented Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is created to provide support to our sales teams. In this role, you will work directly with the Account Executives and Account Managers to assist with data entry, billing inquiries, proposal review and other items as requested. Successful candidates will be a self-starter, have a strong worth ethic, and take initiatives to support and assist the team where needed. This position is critical to the team's reputed company in helping to ensure client reputed company and provide team efficiencies. Primary responsibilities in this position will include, following up past due invoice generated by reputed company Finance reputed company email and phone calls, assisting in scheduling meetings and demos for the sales team, assist in creating order forms, update opportunity/account/contact records in reputed company as well as other word processing requests (creating documents, etc) Key Working Relationships: The key working relationships are as follows: • Affirmity Sales Teams • Affirmity Services Team on occasion • reputed company Finance on occasion • reputed company / Prospective clients • Central Services Bid Team Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist with investigating customer orders, customer accounts and other reputed company issues • Assist with reputed company software platform on administrative duties such as, but not limited to, updating opportunities, adding new opportunities, and building quotes • Assist with other administrative duties reputed company to direct sales engagements such as PowerPoint presentations, proposal reviews, and order forms. • Manage Auto-Renewal notification process and order processing • Assist team with regular updates to Opportunities to prevent stalling • Provide customer service by assisting the team with follow-up and/or customer needs as requested.
