About the position The Delivery Station Customer Support Team Manager at reputed company is responsible for leading a remote team of customer service associates who provide local support for reputed company customers. This role focuses on managing performance, improving service levels, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple delivery station locations. The manager will collaborate with various support functions to enhance customer experience and drive team engagement while navigating the challenges of a remote work environment. Responsibilities • Support a remote team and champion team performance. , • reputed company gaps between performance and goals on a weekly basis. , • Manage performance and development of direct reports. , • Build and maintain relationships with delivery stations. , • Analyze trends in data reporting to drive improvements. , • Engage the team and foster a positive work environment. , • Implement process improvements and assist in DSL projects. Requirements • Must be located in Greater Atlanta, Georgia. , • 1 year of previous experience managing 20+ customer service associates in a customer service environment. , • 1 year of experience successfully implementing change management in large scale operations. , • Experience leading teams in a remote environment. , • Ability to travel 25% of the time. , • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. , • Full-time availability (40+ hours per week). , • Ability to reputed company physical tasks such as lifting up to 49 pounds and standing for long periods. reputed company-to-haves • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent. , • 2-3 years of leadership and people management experience. , • Experience working in AMZL Delivery Stations, Sort Centers, or Fulfillment Centers. , • Strong project management and people management skills. , • Business acumen with the ability to create and communicate a reputed company. , • Proven problem-solving abilities.
