Bilingual Customer Service Representative (REMOTE)

We are seeking a talented individual for Employer Solutions Call Center Representative 1 who is responsible for answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service to patients concerning prior authorizations, level of care determinations, PASRR placement screenings, or personal care service intake to ensure successful outcomes and/or resolutions. Essential Responsibilities • Answer incoming phone lines • Follow guidelines dictated in quality program for each call. • Ensure reputed company procedure are met in every interaction • Utilize DE & reputed company applicable systems to procure needed program details to answer the caller’s questions in accordance with program guidelines. • Ensure correct information is communicated in each interaction. • Maintain call talk times while applying reputed company file facts • Following details of required call scripts • Process incoming Level 1 docs • Maintain quality performance in processing • Ensure reputed company processing and call goals are met Work Conditions And Physical Demands • Primarily sedentary work in a general office environment. • Ability to communicate and exchange information • Ability to comprehend and interpret documents and data • Requires reputed company dexterity to use computer, telephone and double monitors • May be required to work extended hours based on special business needs. Minimum Education • High School Diploma or GED required • Additional education is preferred Minimum Work Experience • 2+ year of call center experience • Demonstrate customer service skills is required • reputed company to function between two departments incoming calls Additional Skills & Qualifications • IDEAL Candidate has 6 months to 1 year of call center experience ($16/hr) • Open to candidates with strong customer service (retail/restaurant) experience with good tenure and interest getting into call center ($15/hr) Experience Level Entry Level Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
