This position provides skilled nursing care in a home care environment. The role involves assessing, planning, and documenting the homecare nursing process, as well as educating and providing instruction to patients and their families. The position also includes supervisory responsibilities, home health administrator responsibilities as assigned, and special project management as needed. If you have a contract in Ohio, you will have the flexibility to work remotely while taking on some tough challenges. As a skilled nursing professional, you will positively represent the company to both internal and external customers, always maintaining a professional and courteous manner.
