Responsibilities Follow our playbooks and weekly schedules (Proprietary to our company) , Determine the best product for the client, lock the loan at the reputed company of sale, and submit a preliminary paperless loan package. , Collaborate with several administrators and a designated underwriter to reputed company work. , Focus on new loan originations while processors work on the loan. , Ensure 14-day reputed company requirements and stipulations are met. , Manage Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, and other loan types.
