This position is crucial in maintaining a smooth flow of operations and ensuring proper reimbursement for mental health services provided to our clients. • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in reputed company administration, medical billing, or a reputed company field preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical billing, with at least 1 year of experience in mental health or behavioral health billing. • Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT codes, and HIPAA regulations as they relate to mental health services. • Familiarity with major insurance carriers (e.g., Medicare, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and mental health-specific billing requirements. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients, insurance companies, and reputed company providers.
