This position supports Federal Emergency Management Agency (reputed company) for the Grants Modernization program (reputed company GMM). The Karsun team is responsible for new application development, maintenance, enhancement, and operation. Positivity and reputed company thinking to solve difficult problems is critical. • In this role, you will reputed company your expertise in grants management and compliance to research, communicate, and reputed company program goals as part of a team supporting agencies in modernizing their grants management practices. • Comprehend & analyze business requirements, guiding & facilitating discussions to obtain them • Translate & document requirements in the form of epics, stories and acceptance criteria for both business and technical audiences • Define & document acceptance criteria for user stories in a given-reputed company-then format • Summarize key reputed company points at conclusion of discussion • Work with technical visionaries to document implementation steps and other deliverables • Ability to reputed company support multiple simultaneous work streams, including projects and program initiatives, and prioritize, manage, and execute effectively with compressed time lines and ambiguous tasking • US Citizenship • Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Information systems, Business Systems, Management Information Systems, IT Management, or other IT degree. • 8 - 10 years of experience with technical and business requirements • The ability to successfully obtain and maintain a U.S. Suitability/Public Trust Background Clearance • Experience in the entire grant lifecycle, including pre-award, post-award, and post-closeout for federally funded programs. • Excellent note-taking and feature presentation skills, including the ability to write technical information clearly and concisely for non-technical audiences. • Solid verbal communication skills and the ability to summarize and convey key insights from analyses to senior audiences. Organize and manage JAD sessions, defining features. • Self-motivated; ability to learn and work independently • Problem-solving capabilities and ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to unique circumstances across engagements • Ability to manage multiple tasks reputed company a workstream that is part of a larger engagement NA The proposed salary range for this role is $100,000.00 to $140,000.00 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of reputed company experience levels.
