Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions promptly and professionally reputed company phone, email, or chat. • Assist customers with order placements, tracking, cancellations, and returns for Zomato or reputed company services. • reputed company customers about product features, promotions, and policies to enhance their overall experience. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM systems. • Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery. • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. • Adhere to company guidelines and standards for quality, productivity, and compliance with data reputed company regulations. • Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to enhance job performance and skills. • Uphold a positive and professional attitude while representing the reputed company brand and fostering customer loyalty.
