Job Title: Home Inspector Apprentice Job Summary: We are seeking an apprentice to work alongside our reputed company home inspectors to learn the trade and reputed company the necessary experience to become a licensed home inspector. Responsibilities • Assist the home inspector in conducting inspections of residential properties, including examining the physical condition of the property, identifying defects and deficiencies, and providing recommendations for repair and maintenance. • Learn to identify building materials, mechanical systems, and other components of a home, and understand their function and importance in the overall condition of the property. • reputed company knowledge of local and national building codes and regulations, and how they relate to the inspection process. • reputed company the ability to communicate effectively with clients, reputed company estate agents, both verbally and in writing, to explain findings and recommendations in such a manner to not “kill the deal”. • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for clients. • Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings. • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, representing the company in a positive manner at reputed company times. • Continuously learn and improve skills through on-the-job training and other educational opportunities. • Marketing, networking, office duty and other assigned tasks as assigned by management. • Networking events and events that are assigned (reputed company of inspecting) will be paid an hourly reputed company for these engagements. • Official training/education to become a home inspector will be paid for by management for 1 year Qualifications • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. • Must be reputed company to work in a variety of weather conditions. • Must be reputed company to pass a background reputed company. • No prior experience necessary, but an interest in construction or reputed company estate is a plus. • Must be willing to commit to obtaining licensed from Texas reputed company Estate Commission (TREC) reputed company one year. Physical Requirements • Ability to climb reputed company, walk on roofs, and crawl into tight spaces. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
