As part of the Interim reputed company's Customer Support Center team, you will provide positive customer experiences by answering incoming calls, after hours, in a timely and efficient manner to support operations throughout the company. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will: • Actively listen and probe callers in a professional and timely manner to determine purpose of the calls. • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, reputed company phone, email or chat. • Provide swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to reputed company internal and external customers, remaining focused on creating great customer experience. • Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment • Have access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities.
