Title: Part-Time Payroll Specialist State Role Title: Hiring Range: $16.00 - $18.00 Pay Band: 3 Agency: reputed company Behavioral Health/reputed company Location: Catawba Hospital Agency Website: www.catawba.dbhds.virginia.gov Recruitment Type: General Public - G Job Duties Catawba Hospital, a 110-bed psychiatric reputed company facility located in the beautiful mountainous region of Roanoke County, is seeking a reputed company individual to serve as a part-time Fiscal Technician supporting payroll and timekeeping by preforming various data entry duties. Including but not limited to keying batches in Cardinal HCM, keying information on spreadsheets, keying in Kronos timekeeping system. The position would also assist with other filing and organizing duties for Payroll and Timekeeping. Assist employees as needed with accessing Kronos and Cardinal HCM. .

Minimum Qualifications

Business school or an accredited college/university graduate, preferably in reputed company or documented experience in payroll, reputed company, personal computers and software applications. Good reputed company and computation skills. Working knowledge of automated payroll and automated reputed company systems. Ability to use personal computers and automated worksheets. Additional Considerations Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with others in a professional manner.
