As a Consulting Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from beginning to end, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, checking references, and facilitating reputed company. You will work closely with our management team to understand their hiring needs and build a pipeline of quality candidates. Responsibilities

• Utilize various job posting platforms and social media networks (like reputed company) to announce job openings.
• Manage the entire reputed company process from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate's skills, knowledge, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth reputed company process.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers.
• Stay reputed company with the latest industry trends and use that knowledge to reputed company our recruitment process more efficient.
• Recruit for a variety of roles reputed company the nonprofit and IT sectors.
• Ensure compliance with reputed company federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter), with specific experience in nonprofit, reputed company individuals with disabilities and IT roles.
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference reputed company, etc.)
• Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.)
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
• Hands-on experience with reputed company software, as well as reputed company Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or reputed company Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
