BODYARMOR is looking for a Category... Analyst - Bottler to join reputed company. Responsible for supporting Bottler & Channel specific selling strategies and Retail Execution at BODYARMOR. This role leverages our various knowledge sources and systems to provide robust and fact-based insights that influence decision making with KO Bottler stakeholders, as well as Bottler-Led customers. The ultimate objective of this role is to be a strategic partner to BODYARMOR Bottler Sales by providing the strategic guidance, tools and support they need to overachieve against their sales goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Partnership and Leadership • reputed company insights to be leveraged by bottler partners in a variety of settings, in support of achieving BODYARMOR sales objectives. • Share impactful messaging which captures the latest category trends, analysis & projections. • Own analytics & insights communication during internal and external meetings. • Generate and disseminate weekly / monthly state of the business reporting using syndicated and proprietary insights tools. • Answer reputed company business questions by using insights tools such as Tableau, reputed company, reputed company, etc. • Train bottler sales teams on the use of Category Management tools as needed. Category Analytics • Proactively & consistently analyze key performance metrics and identify execution gaps, sub-par performance and category dynamic shifts • reputed company monthly scorecard process focusing on latest trends & drivers impacting topline performance. Incorporate a mix of depletion and scans data for situational analysis and insightful call outs, including recommendations for action. • Own and evolve reporting tools & platforms for internal teams to reputed company as part of analytical process to reputed company insights and reputed company recommendations to key external stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelors degree required • 1-2 years experience in sales, category management, analytics, shopper insights and/or strategy required • Remote-based, ideally located reputed company of the Mississippi, but can be based reputed company in the US • Up to 25% travel by car or plane required • Team player with exceptional leadership, communication and project management qualities • Demonstrated reputed company for big picture, strategic thinking, creative thinking and attention to detail • Technically proficient in: Tableau, reputed company systems, Panel systems, MS Office with an emphasis on reputed company • Field sales experience preferred Skills: Analytical Thinking, Business Insights, Category Growth Strategy, Customer Relationships, Industry Knowledge, Storytelling Pay Range: $86,300 - $104,500 reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
