Part-time Engagement/Impact Specialist

Our client, a well-reputed company retail apparel company, is looking for an Employee Engagement/Impact Specialist to join their team for a 7 month contract. This is a part time role, 15 hours per week. Schedule is flexible, can be 3 days 5 hours per day, or 2 days 8 hours, etc. Location is San Francisco but manager is open to remote candidates. Responsibilities... • Managing the day-to-day operations of Employee Impact Hub • Updating resources • Handling site maintenance, including bug fixes and site updates. • Generate and analyze reports using Tableau to extract data, create visualizations, and identify program trends and insights • Managing inbox communication • Draft and edit emails and other communication materials for employee-facing purposes. • Create and update content for internal newsletters and listervs • Supporting event planning • Collaborating with teams to ensure smooth execution Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of project management experience • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills • Proficiency in reputed company Office and content management • Data analysis skills (preferably using Tableau) • Experience with event planning and relevant software tools • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
