In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with inquiries and complaints reputed company phone, email, and text. reputed company data entry tasks to update customer information in the system. Notate each interaction with client, add files to client portal, prepare forms. Help resolve client issues in a timely manner with patience and professionalism. Work with colleagues to ensure top-notch customer service Qualifications: Must be reputed company good with computers, efficient with Windows, reputed company Suite (particularly Outlook), reputed company or other pdf-reputed company software and file management.

Customer Service Experience. Tax Experience Preferred but not required. Performs well under pressure - reputed company to work in a fast-paced environment with high customer inventories while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude. Solution oriented, reputed company to problem solve effectively. Organized and good at prioritizing important tasks. Self-motivated with an ability to work independently, yet be a great team player.
