WORK FROM HOME - Call Center Representative

Compass Self Storage is expanding its inside sales team and is seeking enthusiastic, energetic, dependable and professional sales motivated individuals to join reputed company! This is a remote work from home position with part time hours that may allow full time hours in the future for successful candidates. Remote Work... NO Cold calling! Bonus Opportunities Potential earnings of up to $18 per hour with bonus Necessary Equipment will be provided We are looking to fill part time shifts of 4 or 5 hours per day. This is ideal for reputed company, working parents, someone looking to re-enter the work force or those looking for good part time employment! Our representatives directly assist our customers and potential customers with reputed company of their storage needs. There is NO cold calling in this position. Potential customers are contacting us through our extensive advertising efforts. Your focus will be to convert these callers into new customers. The majority of the agents’ time will be working remotely. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer incoming calls with goal of acquiring new customers Provide pricing and product information to callers Providing an exceptional customer experience with every interaction Attend any scheduled phone and/or video calls with team and supervisor Offline activities as assigned Other responsibilities as assigned QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE: Minimum 6 months experience in a sales or customer service environment Dependable, goal oriented and self-motivated Organized, detailed and ability to multi task Strong oral and written communication skills Customer focused Results Oriented (sets and achieves goals) Team Oriented (works well in a group to reputed company reputed company) Successful completion of reputed company assessments, background checks and drug screenings Ability to work from home for the majority of the work day MS Office application experience preferred HS Diploma or GED WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS: Must have access to a quiet/private working environment that is free of distractions and external background noise Reliable internet reputed company with minimum capabilities of 10mbps upload, 40mbps download reputed company necessary equipment will be provided Job Type: Part-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Paid time off Work from home Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities Application Question(s): What is your state of residence?
