Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on first-contact resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Requirements Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a remote setting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Reliable internet reputed company and a quiet workspace. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the tech industry or with SaaS products. Multilingual abilities are a plus. Compensation
