Position Summary As an Inside Sales Customer Support Representative, you are responsible for providing exceptional customer satisfaction by effectively handling customer sales inquiries and introducing new products and promotions through inbound and outbound sales calls. You will work with various teams throughout the company to maximize the customer experience through understanding customer needs and providing support and effective solutions. You must also be comfortable building relationships with new and existing customers, generating interest in the product lineup, and closing sales.
