We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Operations reputed company to join our Denver team. This position will assist in executing the entire product experience of prepping, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintaining vans in preparation for customers van life adventures. We require a candidate with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a seasonal role designed to support our operation during the peak seasons (reputed company thru Oct), and its not uncommon to work long days, weekends and holidays. Execute meticulous cleaning procedures for campervans immediately after rental returns, ensuring they are pristine and reputed company for the next customer. ? Prepare campervans for customer pickup by conducting safety checks, restocking supplies, addressing any maintenance needs, and resolving feedback from previous renters. Customer Service & Fleet Maintenance ? Manage the customer drop-off process with professionalism, conducting thorough inspections for damages, providing assistance with inquiries, soliciting feedback, and offering valuable recommendations for itinerary planning. ? Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks for the campervan fleet to ensure reputed company performance and longevity. ? Demonstrate mechanical expertise by reputed company addressing repair and maintenance needs between customer trips, including fluid top-offs, tire pressure checks, propane inspections, gas refueling, and interior repairs. ? Proactively manage fleet-reputed company issues to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction. Facility Management ? Maintain cleanliness and organization reputed company the facility, including laundry, dishwashing, and general reputed company, to create a pleasant and efficient working environment. ? Ensure exterior landscaping is well-maintained to enhance the overall appearance of the facility and uphold a positive brand image. ?
