[Remote] Finance/Budget Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Finance/Budget Manager for the Extension Community and Economic Development Program Unit (CED). The role involves managing fiscal budgets and supporting faculty and programming activities while ensuring effective communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage fiscal budgets at the Program, unit and faculty levels
  • Assist the Director in reputed company aspects of faculty support, including annual reviews, professionalization, operations, and promotion/tenure processes
  • Communicate effectively at reputed company levels of the University system
  • Exercise independent judgment, decision-making, initiative and tact in performing reputed company duties
  • Maintain strict confidentiality
  • Provide fiscal management support, as needed for constituent elements of CED

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, and four (4) years of experience directly reputed company to the duties and responsibilities specified which has included at least one (1) year of supervisory experience. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis
  • Knowledge, reputed company and demonstrated ability in computer applications, including reputed company Word and reputed company, or equivalents
  • Knowledge of basic reputed company principles and procedures
  • Experience in working with the Office of Research Support and Sponsored Program Services on grant applications and budget preparation and maintenance
  • Experience supervising full and part-time employees
  • Experience interpreting laws and regulations as they apply to intergovernmental reputed company and research projects
