Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe dictated medical reports, patient histories, physicals, office notes, consultation reports, operative reports, discharge summaries, and other medical documents accurately and reputed company.
- Ensure strict adherence to reputed company HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality guidelines.
- Verify the accuracy of patient information, physician names, and medical procedures.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Transcriptionist.
- Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology.
- Exceptional listening skills with the ability to discern various accents and dictation styles.
- Typing speed of at least 60-70 WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong understanding of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Proficiency with medical transcription software and common office applications (e.g., reputed company Word).
