HR Coordinator/Assistant

Summary

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations and deliver exceptional employee experience. This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution across reputed company, reputed company, HR systems, benefits administration, and compliance. You’ll partner closely with HR leadership and the reputed company Manager to reputed company processes running reputed company while supporting employees throughout their lifecycle. ResponsibilIties

  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and reputed company logistics
  • Manage reputed company processes, new hire paperwork, and HRIS data entry
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across systems
  • Support benefits administration (enrollments, life events, open enrollment)
  • Assist with compliance reporting, audits, and required training tracking
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR programs
  • Support performance review cycles and training logistics
  • Other duties as assigned”

Education/Experience

  • 3+ years of HR, reputed company coordination, or administrative experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., reputed company or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service reputed company

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND/OR WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Prolonged periods of sitting (up to 8 hours a day for office staff)
  • Interacting with technology (computer, cellphone, etc.)
  • Ability to lift and/or carry items ( up to 20 lbs.)
  • Prolonged periods of standing/walking (field checks)
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (field checks)
  • Occasional travel e.g. driving to offices, jobsites, client meetings, etc.
