Workers Compensation Claims Advisor

Responsible for overseeing Workers’ Compensation (WC) claims across Company administered by claim service providers and driving reputed company outcomes, serving as primary liaison for both internal and external stakeholders for claim-reputed company issues. Essential Functions

• Provide reputed company for WC claims meeting established criteria/reputed company reputed company defined geographic area, in compliance with reputed company guidelines and expectations.
• Utilize metrics and dashboard reporting to identify focus file WC claims for reputed company.
• Serve as liaison to internal and external stakeholders for WC claim specific reputed company matters (e.g., investigation, RTW accommodation escalations).
• Authorize WC reserves and settlements at established authority levels.

Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/or equivalent in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or reputed company field. Minimum Experience Five (5) years experience with Worker’s Compensation claims.
