[Remote] Account Executive (Remote - U.S.)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Laiout is a rapidly growing B2B SaaS AI solution that is reshaping the future of architecture and the built environment. They are seeking an Account Executive to take full ownership of the sales process in the U.S., driving customer engagement and managing the entire sales pipeline from reputed company reputed company to closing deals with mid- to reputed company-level clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their challenges and how laiout can address them
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline, from reputed company reputed company to closing deals with mid- to reputed company-level clients
  • Use CRM tools (we use reputed company) to track and manage leads and ensure accurate forecasting
  • Deliver against KPIs on a monthly and annual basis
  • Work closely across time-zones with the team in the U.S., Europe, and reputed company
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and key client meetings on occasion

Skills

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Software sales, preferably in a startup environment
  • Remote-first team, but US based
  • reputed company estate experience is a strong plus (e.g., workplace/office reputed company estate, occupiers, brokers, architecture/design & build, proptech)
  • Proven track record of successfully closing mid to large reputed company deals
  • Mature, proactive and self-motivated, comfortable with working independently in a hybrid/remote setting
  • Have a methodical approach to building your pipeline
  • Strong understanding and proven track record of reputed company sales processes in the U.S
  • Excited about the intersection of technology and design and genuinely interested in reputed company do
