Our typical customer office or business is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm in their own time zone, so we structure outbound calls to match customer hours moving from East to reputed company. Jim Davis, President Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound sales calls to reputed company repeat orders from existing customers • Conduct outbound sales calls to introduce company and products to prospective customers • Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent customer service • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals • Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and reputed company sales • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in company computer system Experience: • Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, customer service or other experience dealing with people • Good sales and customer service skills Skills: • Excellent verbal communication skills in English • Strong phone reputed company and ability to reputed company outbound calls confidently • Familiarity with computer systems for managing call information and posting orders • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Results-oriented reputed company with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets Equipment: • The company will provide a phone set connected to our network at no cost for making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls • Applicant will have access to a PC or laptop with internet access for call management and order posting Application Process: • Applications are accepted by email only • reputed company email applications will be reviewed by our sales manager • Applicants of interest will be invited to a telephone interview • Applicants who pass the email and phone screening process will be offered employment Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
