Customer Manager – Natural Channel

Remote role Full-time Open position

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven professional who takes initiative and owns their results to manage key Natural Channel accounts in the Seattle market, specifically calling on Hucks and PCC. This role is responsible for managing assigned brands within customer accounts, driving sales growth and market share, and executing strategic business plans that deliver profitable results for both our clients and Acosta

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Performance: Achieve volume and sales objectives, including merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelving goals
  • Business Planning: Develop and execute customer business plans aligned with brand and company priorities
  • Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers; present business plans, programs, and initiatives
  • In-Store Execution: Ensure a strong and competitive in-store presence across assigned accounts
  • Trade & Financial Management: Manage trade funds, oversee manufacturer spend, and deliver results at the lowest possible cost
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Retail Sales Managers and internal teams on product launches, promotions, and initiatives
  • Market Insights: Leverage knowledge of the customer, category, and market to drive strategy and results
  • Communication: Provide timely updates on priorities, performance, and opportunities to internal stakeholders
  • Technology Utilization: Use reporting tools and systems to track performance and support business objectives
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, drive efficiencies, and support team success

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ months of experience in CPG, retail, marketing, or related field
  • Strong understanding of sales fundamentals and retail execution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
