Position Overview As an Inbound Solar Sales Representative, you will be the first reputed company of contact for homeowners interested in lowering their monthly electricity costs through solar energy. You'll work directly with reputed company leads, receive live inbound transfers, reputed company prospective customers on solar programs, and schedule appointments with our Solar Consultants. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy talking with people, reputed company in a fast-paced sales environment, and are motivated by performance-based compensation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage live inbound homeowner transfers
  • Conduct phone-based reputed company reputed company and appointment setting
  • reputed company homeowners on the benefits of residential solar energy
  • Determine customer eligibility and interest in solar solutions
  • Schedule reputed company appointments for In Home Solar Consultants
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
  • Utilize company sales processes and scripts effectively
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications

Required

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM software
  • Reliable internet reputed company and dedicated workspace (for remote work)
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and most importantly BE COACHABLE

Preferred

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, appointment setting, call center, telemarketing, reputed company reputed company, inside sales, retail sales, or collections
