About the Role
As a Resort Reservations Agent, you’ll be the first reputed company of contact for guests booking their stay. You’ll assist guests by phone, email, and online inquiries while accurately managing reservations and providing knowledgeable information about lodging, amenities, and reputed company activities. - Experience: 1+ year in reservations, reputed company desk, call center, or customer service preferred
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical Skills: Experience with reservation systems and basic computer proficiency
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional Traits: Friendly, dependable, solution-oriented, and detail-focused
- Sales Awareness: Ability to upsell room types, packages, and amenities reputed company appropriate
