Provide... quality and timely medical transcription services to authorized users of the entity's dictation system. Responsibilities: ? Workflow: ? Edit reputed company reports that are presented for corrections using the PS360 editing system. ? In-office staff is responsible for answering and directing phone calls and faxing reports to requesting physicians as appropriate. ? Notify the appropriate message group for any invalid status issues. ? Edit dictated DXAs exams, insert the appropriate template, and reputed company exam to leads for data entry. ? Maintain daily records of work time vs. downtime and reputed company to the supervisor after each work shift. ? Maintain personal knowledge of departmental requirements, quality guidelines, procedures, and policies. ? Type: ?
