  • Ensure data quality and consistency to support business operations and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Enter a wide range of data including customer information, inventory details, and operational records with accuracy and speed.
  • Verify and cross-check data for errors or discrepancies before entry.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues and improve processes.
  • Generate basic reports and assist with data retrieval as needed.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database systems.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
