You can learn more here: https://risk.lexisnexis.com/insurance About the Team The Implementation team plays a critical role in delivering successful customer outcomes across the insurance business. The team works closely with customers to deploy, integrate, and operationalize solutions within complex enterprise environments, ensuring platforms are effectively adopted and embedded into day-to-day workflows. A core part of the team’s responsibility is supporting customers through onboarding, configuration, integration, and migration activities, particularly where legacy systems are being replaced or modernized. This requires close collaboration with Client Engagement, Product, Technology, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth execution and a consistent customer experience. The environment is highly collaborative and delivery-focused, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving, customer enablement, and managing complexity across multiple stakeholders and systems. Team members are expected to operate as trusted advisors, balancing technical understanding with strong communication and customer-facing execution skills.

About the Role

This is a senior individual contributor role focused on driving customer migration, adoption, and long-term utilization of the modernized insurance platform. The role is responsible for guiding customers through complex transitions from legacy systems to a modern cloud and data-driven platform, ensuring successful change adoption and clear realization of business value. The individual will act as a trusted advisor to customers, defining migration strategies, identifying adoption risks, and ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders. A key part of the role is helping customers understand not only how the platform works, but why it is better—particularly in areas such as APIs, data standardization, AI-enabled workflows, and scalable architecture. Success in this role is measured by effective customer migration, reduced reliance on legacy systems, increased platform adoption, and long-term customer confidence in the modernized ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Lead customer migration and platform adoption initiatives from legacy systems to the modernized insurance platform. Develop and execute customer-specific migration strategies, adoption roadmaps, and change management plans. Guide customers through complex transition phases while minimizing operational disruption and risk. Act as a change leader, helping customers understand and adopt new platform capabilities and ways of working. Partner cross-functionally with Client Engagement, Product, Technology, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and execution. Lead strategic discussions on APIs, data modernization, AI-enabled workflows, and integration architecture. Identify, manage, and proactively mitigate adoption and migration risks across customer programs. Capture customer feedback and feed insights into product, implementation, and adoption frameworks to improve scalability.

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience in solution consulting, implementation consulting, customer success, or enterprise transformation roles within complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Proven track record of leading customers through large-scale platform migrations, ideally transitioning from legacy systems to modern cloud or data-driven platforms. Strong insurance industry expertise, particularly around carrier operations, workflows, and enterprise modernization initiatives. Demonstrated ability to lead customer adoption and change management efforts, ensuring successful behavioral and operational transition to new platforms. Ability to clearly articulate the value of platform modernization, translating technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes and ROI. Strong understanding of API-driven architectures, cloud-based platforms, data integration, and modern enterprise technology ecosystems. Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence skills, with experience aligning senior customer and internal stakeholders across complex programs. Proven ability to operate cross-functionally across Product, Technology, Implementation, and Customer Success teams, driving alignment and execution without direct authority.
