Compliance Auditor, Domestic Content Adder

Remote role Full-time Open position

Job Description:

Diligently review, organize, and validate all documents pertaining to DCA requirements (e.g., contractor submissions, project exhibits, compliance attestations, supporting records).
Perform detailed completeness and accuracy checks (signatures, dates, entity names, required attachments, math/totals, and consistency across source documents).
Document findings, discrepancies, and missing items; issue clear deficiency notices and corrective action requests with required due dates and supporting detail.
Present periodic status updates to management (open items, risk areas, aging, and trends) and recommend remediation steps to maintain DCA compliance.
Enter and reconcile DCA document review outcomes in designated systems (e.g., trackers, dashboards, LPC Tracker if applicable); apply quality controls to ensure data integrity and reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in compliance, audit support, document control, contract administration, or similar work requiring detailed review and validation of supporting documentation.
Working knowledge of procurement and supply chain documentation (e.g., purchase orders, invoices, bills of materials, manufacturer certifications, and origin/traceability records).
Proficiency with Excel and document management tools (e.g., SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive) and comfort maintaining trackers, version control, and dashboards.
