Job Summary

As a Collections Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in our team's success by contacting consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop personalized solutions that meet their financial goals. Key Responsibilities

* Contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including collection rates and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve collection strategies and techniques

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to actively listen and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results

Preferred Qualifications

* One year of call center and customer service experience

  • Two years of collection experience
  • Mathematical and analytical skills
  • Negotiation skills
