Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Health System Strategy and cross-functional VytlOne teams to assess regulatory developments and their implications.
  • Support Regional Vice Presidents and onsite VytlOne teams in managing and optimizing client 340B programs.
  • Communicate regulatory and strategic impacts to internal and external stakeholders, including Executive Leadership Teams, through clear and actionable insights.
  • Partner closely with analytics teams to define business requirements, interpret scenario‑based models, and apply insights to executive decision‑making.
  • Design and recommend mitigation or optimization strategies to promote compliance while delivering on commercial opportunities.
  • Lead the development of client‑ready deliverables, guiding teams from problem definition through synthesis, storytelling, and final executive presentation, while maintaining consistency with strategic objectives and regulatory landscape.
  • Create high-quality executive-ready presentations for leadership meetings, client discussions, webinars, and industry conferences.
  • Monitor federal and state healthcare policy trends including 340B, IRA, and Medicaid developments.
  • Lead and manage a team of remote employees while providing dotted-line support and guidance to onsite VytlOne team members to promote alignment, performance, and consistent execution.
  • Promote and ensure compliance with VytlOne Business Code of Conduct, as well as other company policies and procedure.
  • Serve as a visible expert and advisor on pharmacy pricing and regulatory matters and health system analytics, representing VytlOne in client engagements, industry forums, and internal leadership meetings.
  • Drive continuous improvement in compliance, reporting, and operational outcomes for health system partners.
  • Actively participate in strategic partnerships and optimization projects across diverse health system settings, collaborating with Health System Strategy leaders, 340B Execution Services managers, and account specialists.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required; advanced degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Public Policy, Business, or Analytics preferred.
  • 5+ years in consulting or client-facing roles in healthcare, pharmacy services, or health system strategy, with a focus on regulatory and reimbursement issues.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects, develop assumptions, assess scenarios, and deliver results independently in changing environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in pharmacy and healthcare regulation, including 340B, Medicare, Medicaid, IRA, and related federal and state policy, with the ability to interpret evolving requirements and translate them into actionable business and client strategies.
  • Proven experience advising senior health system leaders and executives, including regular presentation to C‑suite and Executive Leadership Teams, delivering clear, credible, and strategically grounded recommendations.
  • Experience supporting, advising, or overseeing client 340B programs, including strategic design considerations, compliance risk assessment, optimization opportunities, and cross‑functional stakeholder alignment.
  • Exceptional strategic, critical thinking, and judgment, with the ability to anticipate regulatory headwinds and tailwinds, assess downstream impacts, and proactively recommend mitigation or growth strategies.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex regulatory, analytical, and strategic concepts into clear, executive‑ready narratives.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately monthly to support client engagements, leadership meetings, and strategic initiatives.
