SDR / Cold Caller Needed – Healthcare (LTPAC / EHR / Remote Patient Monitoring)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) or cold caller to help us identify and connect with decision-makers in healthcare facilities across the U.S. Our company offers a Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) solution that integrates directly with existing cloud-based software platforms and Electronic Health Records (EHRs) used in the senior care, long-term care, and post-acute care (LTPAC) space. Our solution helps eliminate manual errors in entering patient vitals and improves overall care efficiency. Your Role: Conduct outbound cold calls to healthcare facilities (nursing homes, assisted living, rehab centers, etc.) Identify and obtain contact information for key decision-makers (Administrators, Directors of Nursing, IT leaders) Qualify leads and gather basic information about current systems and interest level Set appointments or pass qualified leads to our sales team Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in cold calling / SDR / lead generation Experience calling into healthcare facilities (strongly preferred) Familiarity with EHR, healthcare SaaS, or RPM solutions is a plus Excellent communication skills and persistence on the phone Ability to navigate gatekeepers and reach decision-makers Organized and detail-oriented Little to no accent. We do not want the call to sound like it is coming from a call center. Must know our Cold Call Script. We will test you on it.
