Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a reputed company field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in feature film animation. Proven experience in a reputed company Animator or Supervising Animator role. Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional character animation skills, including acting, posing, timing, and weight. Proficiency in industry-standard animation software (e.g., Maya, Blender, Houdini). Deep understanding of animation principles, anatomy, and cinematography. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide clear and effective artistic direction. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with performance capture animation is a plus. Passion for storytelling and creating compelling character performances. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
