  • *Responsibilities**

As a Customer Experience Associate – Biology and Clinical Research, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and repeat customers
  • Managing key accounts and serving as the point of contact for clients
  • Assisting clients with quotes, order processing, and order tracking
  • Managing opportunities in Salesforce
  • Seeking up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and presenting value-added service options
  • Communicating effectively and timely with customers to answer questions and inquiries
  • Serving as a liaison between clients and internal departments
  • Working with the Sourcing and Project Management team to develop order fulfillment plans
  • Providing ongoing support to the business development field team
  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Biological Science, etc.)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a client services position
  • Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (a plus)
  • A customer service-oriented attitude
  • A commitment to quality
  • The ability to problem solve
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to work both independently and on a team in a collaborative environment
  • Computer savvy and able to adapt quickly to new technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
