Conducting financial audits: Perform audits of financial statements, internal controls, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Preparing audit reports: Compile and analyze audit findings, prepare detailed reports, and make recommendations for improving financial processes and procedures. Maintaining client relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Collaborating with team members: Work closely with other members of the Audit & Assurance team to plan and execute audits, share knowledge and best practices, and meet project deadlines. Staying updated on industry developments: Keep up to date with changes in regulations, laws, and industry standards to ensure audits are conducted in accordance with the latest guidelines. Identifying and resolving issues: Identify potential issues or risks during the audit process and work to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. Managing workload and meeting deadlines: Manage a high volume of work and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and client expectations. Adhering to company policies and procedures: Follow all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards to ensure compliance and maintain the firm's reputation. Participating in professional development: Continuously learn and develop skills through on-the-job training, professional development opportunities, and self-study.
